Team
 Ferrysburg
is unique in the aspect that we are bordered by water on three sides
with Spring Lake on the east side, The Grand River on our south side
and Lake Michigan to our west.
It is for this reason we created and
maintain a dive team to be able to handle any water emergency that
might arise. Our team is also part of the Northwest Ottawa Dive Team
which is a Mutual Aid team from surrounding communities that handle
dive calls for the northern portion of Ottawa County.
 All
of our divers are certified for open water and ice rescues that may
arise from boating accidents to fisherman through the ice. Other
members of our department act as line tenders and support personnel
for our divers.
